This is one of the way to take screenshots..if u have any problem doing that ....add ur request ...i 'll get it for u

Step 1: Download and Install BSplayer

This application is for Window$ so if u got MAC or Linux ... sorry

Ok download it from... http://www.bsplayer.org/index.php?p=download (get the free version at the bottom)

Install it... im sure i dont need to tell you how thats done !

Step 2: Launch the movie in BSplayer and Pause at a location

OK in this example i will take a screenshot from the Movie: Dil.Kya.Kare.1999.Hindi.DVDRip.XviD-BrG

First change the settings to use RGB.. right click the application and choose options > preferences



Open the movie in BSplayer by Right Clicking the application and choosing Open... browse to the file and open



As you can see from the screenshot below.. i have PAUSED the movie at a location.. this is the screenshot i want



Step 3: Grab the screenshot !

OK this is really easy.... on your keyboard press... Shift + p ... at the SAME time and then let go (of the keys)

Now goto the directory where you installed BSplayer and you will notice an extra image there name BScapXXX.jpg...



This is the screenshot which we wanted ! in glorious JPG format !
